A medical device manufacturing company needed a faster way for its quality inspectors to verify inspection protocols, NCR histories, or changes in dimensional tolerances during audits or sample checks. These were previously buried in spreadsheets and physical folders.

💡 What we did with Dhimath

We worked with the QA leadership to collect relevant inspection SOPs, batch reports, and NCR documents and digitized them into Dhimath’s quality knowledge base. QA Power Users were configured to manage versions and access controls, while inspectors were onboarded as role-specific end-users. 

Now, when facing a part or batch on the shop floor, they could simply ask Dhimath things like: “What are the revised tolerances for catheter tube batch #CX-092?” and receive a response with source file snippets and historical deviations.
