A Tier-1 automotive supplier approached us with a concern—process engineers on their shop floor were spending hours locating critical SOPs, control plans, and tool setup documents stored across disconnected folders, file cabinets, and team inboxes. During shift changes or sudden process changes, engineers struggled to find the right info at the right time, leading to errors, rework, and avoidable downtime.


💡 What we did with Dhimath

Greywiz team visited the shop floor and observed engineers' document workflows, then digitized SOPs, drawings, and manuals into Dhimath. We trained Power Users to manage the knowledge base—setting roles, metadata, and business logic.


Once configured, individual process engineers were given end-user access with tailored permissions. They could now interact with Dhimath and access tailored, chat-based answers for specs, tolerances, and instructions—all sourced from approved documents.
